The paper is just as good as the Rhodia, Apica, hard to tell them apart. I like these better, these are almost the size of B5 which I like. Small notebook, bigger writing space. I love all my notebooks to be lined. Looks better for me and my notes. i will buy again in the future.

I like the smoothness of Clairefontaine paper for fountain pens, and A5 is my preferred size for notebooks. the Classic Staplebound is the right thickness for the writing purposes I purchased them for, and is a pleasure to write in.
