We wanted to ship the step n repeat straight to the conference hotel to arrive before the conference and I was nervous since I had not worked with them before, if it would actually arrive on time. Otherwise, disaster! They sent shipping updates throughout and the display was waiting when we got there. The setup was easy, one person could do it, and the backdrop looked great. Thank you!
