Lip Liner Pencil

It is terrible!!! I want a refund the twist does not work n at this time even though I like the color I can’t use it. I am very disappointed in this product !

Nice color, great formula, I did not have an allergic reaction. Although I do like getting more pencil, I wish the pencil was shorter as it does not fit in my make up bag.
