Style: 1377-05S-Mustard

This was my first purchase and unfortunately the shoe I received was not the same color as pictured. I bought it because I really liked the contrast of the brown tassel and side laces but the shoe i received was all yellow. When I contacted them they basically said that the shoe colors can deviate since they are hand painted and they didn’t not have the configuration I wanted in my size: Ultimately, I decided to keep it but I am not sure I will be comfortable making any futre purchases even though the rep that replied to my inquiry told me I can contact them prior to any future purchase to ensure the exact color is available.
