Love the shoe, but.....

somehow, I ordered these shoes twice. When I tried to return them, I read that I had to send them back within 14 days, with the paperwork that was shipped with the shoes. The only problem is that there was no paperwork included with the shoes.... I didn't even want a refund, I wanted to exchange them for another pair of shoes. There was no way to contact the company. I guess I'm stuck with two pairs of the same shoes.
