Biodegradable Cheese Storage Sheets

In ordinary times I can buy them locally but now appreciate being able to order them online. I am especially happy to have the biodegradable sheets, which one of our farmer’s market sheep cheese makers uses, and which I’d never seen in my local shops. I so look forward to the day when I can go into the shops again, but until then I’m very happy to order directly from you!

I can see my cheese!

They're not as cute as the original cheese paper, but practicality wins the day this time. I love that I can see all my cheeses (yes there are many) at a glance and don't have to worry about labeling them. The only thing that could improve this product would be a biodegradable sticker to keep the cheese-package all neatly wrapped!

Works exactly as advertised

We’ve been using Formaticum paper for the past couple of years when my wife and I started becoming students of fine cheeses. It has worked unfailingly for up to two or even three weeks to prevent cheese from drying out and developing mold spots which you don’t want to see happen with an expensive cheese! So this gives you a little more time to enjoy it. To stretch my paper supply I often cut each piece in half across the middle for the smaller pieces we usually have left over. It’s also easy to write directly on the paper with any kind of pen so you don’t really need the stickers though they are nice. A great product which in the end saves you money and lets you enjoy your cheeses longer.
