2007-2013 Silverado/Sierra 1500 rack and pinion mount

i ordered this at the beginning of last week and i paid around $40 for 2 day shipping. i wasn’t pleased with the amount of time i received it i just received it today and its been almost a week. i could have done the cheaper shipping if i would have known it was going to take just as long, i was very unsatisfied and it would be great if i could get a refund on my 2 day shipping considering it didnt come within the 2 days. thanks
