I received the plants on December 8th in a severely dehydrated condition. The leaves were extremely thin and dry. Due to the poor condition upon arrival, I repotted the plants immediately as an emergency attempt to save them, and contacted customer service the same day. Unfortunately, I only received a response after 5 days and 3 emails. The response simply stated that because the plants were repotted, no support, refund, or replacement would be offered, without addressing the fact that the plants were already in unacceptable condition when delivered. Very disappointing experience in terms of both plant quality and customer service handling. I would not recommend purchasing plants from this seller.
