First let me start off by saying I love the look and feel of these products. I originally tried to boil it in hopes of sterilizing them but it destroyed the paint. Thankfully I was able to reach out to customer service and explain my issue. I was told that the product already comes sterilized so there is no further need for sterilization because it will destroy the product. You can wash them but do not boil. John was amazing he understood my situation and sent a replacement item. Definitely saved my business time and extra money. I have not received the product yet but it is in transit. I will forever be a customer. The company really cares and will resolve your issue without you even having to ask. Love the customer service! Thank you John!
