False Advertisement

This was not a good experience for me. The stamp I received isn’t usable due to the size of the font. When I previewed my order, the wording took up the entire size of the stamp. What I received was something different. The stamp was barely legible because it was so small. I contacted customer service and was only given the option of purchasing a new stamp at a discounted price. I should not have to pay for a replacement when clearly this was not an error on my part.

font too small on stamp

The item works, stamps like it’s supposed to. I’m not sure if it was my error but the size of text is so small you can’t see it when you stamp it.
