Great Product with Excellent Service

Firstly, the transformer/Power Supply does exactly what it claims - it trickle charges my Ring Video Doorbell 3. (It is worth noting that according to Ring, the battery only starts to recharge when it drops below 90% or so, to preserve battery life.) However, more importantly is that these guys stand by their product. My first transformer arrived cracked, but it was quickly replaced with a new one within days, and the service department was in constant contact with me. In my opinion, a First Class outfit.
