Demerara gum syrup

For me, this syrup hit my old fashioned sweet spot. Rich in flavor and mouth feel. If I have a general complaint about old fashions in general, It would be that they ore often too sweet for my taste. So I use only 1 teaspoon of this syrup per drink. For me it was perfect. For others, a bit more might be desired. Each to his own in this regard.
