Weird story-No help

I would love to have reviewed the actual product, but I never received it. I ordered a couple feet of shrink wrap tubing and the package I got was a very large cylinder tube. When I opened the package it was a samurai sword....the packing slip had the correct product listed on it. I have reached out to their support team twice explaining this bizarre mishap and have not received any help.
