NOT the fault of the Fine Cheese Co., but with the couriers they use.
The delivery was delayed by a day over the date chosen by me. The Cheeses (×3) arrived on Wed 8th July, ice packs had obviously long thawed out, and I checked the core temperatures of the 3 cheeses and they averaged out at 19.7ºC, being way over the safe limit. All 3 had to be thrown away.
