The apricot topping is delicious on our favorite vanilla ice cream, pancakes, waffles, mixed in plain yogurt, and many other similar uses. The best thing about this sauce is the outstanding apricot flavor it has. It's a clear improvement over the many bland and faint flavored so-called apricot spreads on the market.
