Wonderful!
We use it for espresso and at first it was a surprise because we weren’t used to having a crema so thick and sturdy. The taste is balanced, full and slightly sweet. I’m curious how it would be in a French press. Definitely recommend

A Rich and Smooth Brew
Once I got the water ratio (I liked 1:12.3 best) grind setting 65 on K6 and temperature 80C, Banner Dark was a tasty treat. NY Times raved about it for good reason.

Love it!
I love this coffee. It is smooth and pairs well with creamer. I brew it in my automatic pour over setup and it’s consistent and grinds well daily. It’s flavorful but not acidic
