Best blend: tasty and consistent
It's been my espresso baseline and workhorse for the past three years. Whenever I buy a single origin, I always get a Banner Dark as a fall-back :)

Spectacular
Sightglass coffees have ruined all other coffees for me. I love banner dark with I want to something velvety smooth. No acidity or bitterness here at all but still has tons of flavorful nuances. I like to mix these beans with with a little blueboon for an extra caffeine kick.
