Guatemalan Ceremonial Cacao: Caoba, Río Dulce

An adventure

Because I drink this cacao in water and unsweetened I'm not sure that I can say it is the most palatable taste but there is a certain something about it that draws me back to it daily. A substance to it. Easily distinguished from shall I say the more readily available cacao albeit organic. There is also no doubt a shift occurs on an energetic level. For me anyway. Yes, there is certainly an opening of the heart space but there can also be an experience on occasion of maybe a mild irritability or crankiness letting me know that I might need to become aware of something. Perhaps something I might not be accepting in that moment. Certainly an adventure but I wouldn't see much point otherwise😀
