Short Shoe Covers - Gravel/MTB
I was pleased with the purchasing process. That went very smoothly from the ordering to the delivery. Now, the reason that I bought them is to keep the mud off the Boa buckles of my shoes during muddy cyclocross races. The problem that I had was that the toes disengaged and peeled back during the running sections of the course and the mud got up on my shoes anyway. I do realize that they were designed for riders who are staying on their bikes almost all the time and probably walking for the times they have to dismount. But in CX, you do have to get off and run, usually up hill. So, I thought they were worth a whirl and I'm bummed that they didn't work out like I hoped they would. Joe and Adrian - If you are interested in developing a product that would work for CX, please reach out. I'd be happy to be a test pilot for you. - Phil H. That said, I know it's a really niche market, so there's that.
