I accidentally broke the locking tab on my Intuvia display bracket while sliding my bike into the back of my vehicle and was surprised that Scooteritti had the bracket in stock at a very reasonable price. I thought, I might have to buy a whole new unit. Since I was close to a tune up, I had them install it which they did at no additinal charge. The wire that connects to the motor is hard wired to the bracket so the wire has to fished down the tube of my Tern NBD. Very happy they had the part in stock and the bike seems to run even better now since the tune up. One of my concerns before purchasing the bike was that my 260 pound weight would compromise the range and handling of the bike and I have been very impressed with the distance I can get out of each charge, usually only charging once or twice a week. In the first three months, I rode 1,000+ miles (1,600 km) and the extra riding mostly in Eco mode has significantly increased my physical fitness which is why I bought the bike in the first time. Very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Scooterettie.
