MB Classic Lightweight Hoodie (Unisex)

So, I never leave reviews but this customer service was top notch 👌. I bought the cropped boyfriend hoodie for cooler mornings and it's so soft and super cute! I also bought the lightweight classic MB hoodie, however when I tried that on, I noticed the logo was slanted on the hoodie so I took a picture and sent MB support an email with the picture attached to show what I was talking about. MB support got back to me in less than 12 hours and it was an actual person!! Not a chat box, no Ai, a real person who was so sweet and apologized for the inconvenience and had a new one sent out to me right away!! I received the new hoodie today and they even wrote a little apology on the invoice. The lightweight hoodie is exactly what I was hoping it would be and more! Thank you MB for going above and beyond with your customer service!!
