A light-medium, moreish honey with delicate depth and green floral notes, not overly camphorous. Very nice on my breakfast porridge.

Revelation

Mild, sweet with that airy medicinal lilt afterwards that breezes up into your nose and throat. This is a new favourite. I have it with kefir yogurt and on porridge. So good.
