I swim 6 days a week as my main form of exercise, from 45 minutes to an hour and a half each time. In the winter time I wear this rash guard to give me a bit of extra warmth. It works great. It’s form fitting and does not interfere with my strokes. I usually wear xl but the xxl is perfect for me. I am 6’ tall and 217 lbs, athletic built. I bought more of them once I found out that it works way better than other brands I own and which cost more than this one.

Basic Skins 50+ S/S RASH GUARD

This Rash Guard has excellent material. It is tight and you should order one size up. I weigh 185 lbs and am 6'1". I ordered XL and am able to tuck them into my Jammers nicely. I wear a Large T-Shirt Size. They still run tight but don't interfere with swimming. I swim 1 1/2 hours everyday in the AZ sun.
