Terrible customer service, and dishonest communication

I purchased the socks after conducting some research but like an hour later came across a different brand that presented better overall value. I wrote Nice Laundry asking them to cancel my order and issue me a full refund the same day within less than 2 hours. Their shipping info states that they ship 1-2 days later but they claimed refused quite rudely to issue me a full refund because they claimed that the order was already shipped even though their shipping policy states 1-2 days later. They made me receive the order (untimely by the way) and send the items back at my cost. This caused me great inconvenience and a waste of my very expensive time, and only issued me a partial refund. The quality of the socks is below average also.
