It helps to proof the custom work. One clipart didn't turned out good. After they emailed me, I sent a different image. Second image worked perfectly. Work is great. If I need a second one or update it, I'll likely use their process again.

smaller embroidery patch was all crooked and miss aligned. Also the clarity of the department patch was poor.
