Very devastating that no one has responded to me and the proof is sooo different to the final product. I’m sure the person printing would have thought hmmm this is so much darker I better contact the customer before printing any more …

What a Great Business

Seriously the best business ever, the communication and dedication to make your design come to life and capture important memories was awesome. It’s very rare to find a business who care so much about their customers and actively respond and never leave you in the dark. Really awesome guys seriously made the wedding gifts a priceless thing.

Poor communication

Really strong product, but the product was sent to the wrong address, delaying the shipping. I have tried emailing several times for a refund on my fast track shipping and heard nothing back. One design also printed upside down. I would like a refund on at least the shipping and that item.
