Phi Kappa Tau Vertical (TY001) Pendant

After ordering this idem which was shown available on the website I received the wrong pendant. This was a gift for a friend who really loved the jewels on the pendant. I received a pendant without the jewels and after contacting them, I was told that it was discontinued, but the website showed that they were still selling it so imagine my surprise when I receive the wrong pendant. They gave me a choice to return the pendant or receive a $10 refund. That was very nice, but I am confused why it is still showing on the website as available if it’s discontinued. It is a beautiful pendant just not what I was looking for.
