Southern Gothic Bustier Top in Black

I have been waiting for like a year to purchase this top for it to be back in stock, usually when I get tops from here they run large so I was thinking if I got a medium, it would be the right size I’m a 34 double D 140 pounds for reference but there is about a 5 inch gap so I had to have the shirt altered and I’m waiting for it to be finished because it’s sold out and I can’t exchange it but the shirt is absolutely beautiful and like I said, I waited for like a year for it to come back in stock so I can’t wait to see it redone. I did not know that it was not a whole top it buckles in the back there is a little bit of stretch but not much but it is absolutely gorgeous and definitely was worth waiting for and getting it altered. I can’t wait to see the final results and be able to wear It.

This was smaller than I thought usually when I get tops from here, they run larger so I was thinking the medium would be a perfect fit, but I was also thinking that this was not more of a corset top and it’s got the paneling in the back where it claps together so I’m gonna have it altered and have them add a panel in the back because I’ve been waiting for this top for over a year and they finally had it so I’m just gonna have it altered to fit, but it’s beautiful

This set is a vintage reproduction dream! I love the versatility of the top as you can wear it with other skirts or jeans and it matches many different moods. Fabric is lace and boning with hooks and eye closure to make it adjustable. This is a timeless piece. You could size down, but it hits at your waist and could be a little uncomfortable if you plan to wear it for a day/night out vs a photoshoot only. I highly recommend this whole set. Would love it in white too... Hint hint. Thank you for making such amazing reproduction pieces Vixen.
