Gas Block Non-Adjustable 0.75"Low Profile Steel-GT750

bad gas block

i have just gotten around to installing this gas block.there is a drilled and tapped hole crosswise into the gas area, and one lengthwise going into the same gas area, which renders this gas block unusable. is there supposed to be set screws to block these holes so the block will work. there were none in the package
