I loved what we used to have of this. I came on here to complain that the formula changed and it's too much for me. But now I suppose I always had reduced strength. I don't recall ever having to select it before. In fact, I didn't know there were strength options. I'm pretty bummed because I don't think I can use this. Definitely not daily. I keep spitting because I don't want to swallow my spit. It's so strong even after rinsing several time and having already brushed teeth. It's so strong I'm skipping the last mouthwash step even though I bought that too. But the stuff works well. I just recommend starting with reduced if you're new to the product. And if you aren't new, double check what you have before you buy again and make sure you get the right thing. I saved up for this but the mistake is my fault.

Works great for after flossing to get rid of the bad bacteria from food. Im not sure but i believe it loosens the plaque so when you brush it comes off easier.
