Not good this order

Ordered 2/ 10 lb boxes Medium Timothy hay since last batch was green & fresh. Not this time…hay was yellow, brittle, dusty, and smelled old. My 3 lb Dutch bunny won’t touch and just stares at me like “where’s my fresh hay?’” On the bright side, RHH support rep Vivania listened, understood the situation, and offered to shipped 2 more 10 lb boxes from different fresher hay stock that day! I understand that hay crops are unpredictable. I will continue to be a Rabbit Hole hay customer because their high standards are the best.
