Cats Will Not Touch It

No matter what food we try to put this in the cats will not touch it. We have tried 12 different foods and the cats would rather go hungry than have this. We have tried different amounts, even the smallest amount they will not go near. we have tried a huge varirty of foods, no they will not touch it at all.
