I ordered these earrings but they didn’t turn up. Royal Mail had them logged as delivered but they just weren’t. Royal Mail weren’t any help as it said they’d been delivered. I contacted customer support about this and I was so pleased to be offered the choice of another pair with no questions asked. The ones I originally ordered were out of stock so I was able to choose another pair. I’m so pleased with the service from stretch it that I will definitely be ordering again .
