Used the same product a few years ago and needed to replace it so ordered the same. There was no way to remove the face plate without damages to the wiring of the test switch and charge diode . The wires were just too short to slide the faceplate down. Not sure what manufacturer is thinking or their quality control team is sleeping instead of working. Had to cut th wires and make an extension to be able to use the sign. The wires from diode came out and luckily the old sign part was done better so I replaced the new with the old… someone messed up with this design or assembly team is not trained properly. Or maybe it’s just my bad luck and instead of 5 minutes job had to stres and rebuild the brand new fixture to be able to use it and not waste my time in returning the product, ordering replacement and going back to the customer to install. My time is too precious to be wasted due to someone being lazy….
