This was my first open comb razor. I was hesitant at first since I own a few closed comb razors. But looking at shave nations you tube and reviews. I decided to get the Parker Rose Gold open comb. I was amazed how well it shaved my 4 day beard. Only took two passes. I also used it to shave my head with no problems. The handle fits perfect in my hands and the weight it self you don’t have to apply pressure. This is a good razor for beginners.
