Gunnel mounted elastic rod tie down/holder

Reported to be UV resistant. 12” length replaced OEM holder installed by Lund. Pictured holder different from what was ordered. Installation simple with appropriate anodized hardware. Tension when extended is greater than the original rubber band elastic type of holder. Cannot comment on durability at this time. Price more expensive than what is found on Amazon but material appears more durable.
