Bravest Studios Bear Claw Mule Brown

This makes my fourth purchase of these bear claws in less than three weeks. The reason I am giving this a 3-star review is that I ordered the brown bear claws in a size 9, but they sent me a size 8 instead. I even paid extra for two-day air shipping. Although the outer box was labeled as a size 9, the slides inside were actually a size 8. This will probably throw their inventory off, but ultimately, that is not my problem. I tried to do the right thing by emailing them first to let them know I was very displeased. I explicitly stated that I did not want to go through the hassle of shipping the product back and waiting for a replacement because the order should have been correct the first time. I am buying these as gifts and simply could not afford another delay; in fact, I probably would have just ordered an additional pair before dealing with a return. Unfortunately, the reply I received just stated that "usually, customers would just ship them back using the return label." Well, I am not everyone else. I do not want to be inconvenienced by a mistake that I didn’t make. They then asked me for proof, so I sent photos of the packaging, the slides, and the incorrect sizing stamp. I sent that email on Wednesday, May 27th, and it is now Monday, June 1st. I have heard absolutely nothing back. They haven't even offered a partial discount to make things right if I chose to keep them and order another pair. It has been total radio silence. It’s funny how when I was leaving glowing reviews for my first orders, I heard back from them immediately. I would think they'd look back at my account history and realize, "Wow, this customer has ordered four pairs in less than three weeks," and actually try to help. Very disappointing. Going forward i’ll only order from Bravest Studios directly. No matter how long I have to wait as long as my order is correct. .

Got the Bear Claw Mule for my grandson, and he loves them.
