Thank you for sending so quickly, well packaged and for the free additional artwork and treats. The item is beautiful and very well crafted. Unfortunately the chain is a little short for my liking so the sharp, pointy ends of the design can irritate or cause pain on my throat. If the chain were a little longer (maybe 3-4 inches) then this would not be an issue. This is just my honest and personal exprience, could just be because i have a wide neck circumference. Sorry to sound critical because your work is phenomenal and great quality. I'm a huge fan of your work and think your creations are marvellous. Fantastic customer service, communication & professionalism! Kittie Creations Rocks!
