You guys are such real ones for that Gunwook POB. I have only pulled him one time (including with POBs… I own almost every ZB1 album) so that made my day seeing Gunwook peeking out of the bubblewrap 🥹❤️

I had accidentally purchased the sold-out Ricky version, and they were quick to help me and find a replacement!

I had to go out of town for a couple weeks right after the comeback date. So I had requested if Kplace could hold onto my preorder and ship it out after my return date. And that’s exactly what they did! So happy they were able to do that for me. All the contents arrived safely and in tact. They pack everything super securely. I have never had any damage on the items I have bought from them. Also not sure if they did this on purpose, but the preorder benefit I got was the same member digipack that I ordered which I thought was a nice touch. I’m not a member-specific collector, but for those who are this is so great!
