If you have never done this before it will take some time. Instructions are average at best. I got a surprise OBD daisy chain plug that was used for power and had to figure out how run that wire from driver side to passager side. The long distance key instructions are not clear. Had to improvise and find out on my own you have to hold the attena while pressing the extended fob starters. Also should let people know they have to press the orignal key fob lock 3 times slowly rapid presses or to slow will not work. Also should include instructions on how to hard reset the module incase you mess up, I had to research that on my own.The app module ill say was smoothest part. Over all its a good product but you will need some brains to install.

Works. Mildly Mis-Advertised.

Once installed it works exactly as it should. Install directions are basically worthless. Delivered product design is significantly different from advertised. Pulls power from the OBD so you have to work under both sides of the dash. Resources to explain install are all outdated and wrong.

Absolutely has changed the experience of my mornings and overall quality of life. Like they say, its the small things that make the biggest difference and man when I say having DroneMobile (same app used as compustar, etc) is amazing, it falls nothing short of it. Ill start my car from my room, office at work, inside the grocery store before coming out, etc with the unlimited reach it has as well as the extremely accurate live GPS, its an amazing addon to the kit. Had minor connectivity isses at first with dronemobile but its completely separate from 12volt module. I absolutely love the 12volt module as well! Keys are programmed the same as OEM so three clicks and hold and I’m able to start the car which is very convenient when close by and dont want to pull out your phone. Additionally, it has a security measure where all the lights remain off and only when you step inside the car and press on the brakes, do the outside lights radio etc turn on which is an amazing feature. Love it!
