From the customer service to the final product, the team did a great job at turning a dream into reality. The ring turned out to be even better than in the pictures and completely flawless. She couldn't be more satisfied. Also, the regular checkups in the creation process were much appreciated. This is thoroughly better than you'd find from a big box retailer. I did upsize the diamond and the band though, so I'd recommend doing that as well to make it more perfect.
