REGAL Pant "Oil"

I wanted to give this brand a fair chance because I really liked the look of their pieces, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. I ordered a pair of sweatpants that arrived whihc is supposed to be brand new with seeds and stains in the pockets. I reached out to customer service and, to their credit, they responded fairly quickly, apologized, and even offered me a discount code for the inconvenience. The issue is, after confirming they could swap my pants, I was never given clear shipping instructions on how to return the item. I’ve been left stuck with a product I can’t wear, and the return process has basically gone nowhere. It’s disappointing because the customer service started off sounding helpful, but in the end nothing was actually resolved. I hope they improve their quality control and, more importantly, follow through properly with returns/exchanges, because that’s a big part of customer trust.
