ATA EAT2 v2 Genuine Remote

Originally received the wrong product. I had ordered the correct product, however the Roller door I have was a model that had been upgraded by the manufacturer, so it was difficult to determine theversion of remote I required. I received version 1 but Version 2 was required. I sent back the first one and ordered the correct version.The service and support was great, however, I was disappointed to have to pay a restocking fee when it wasn't my fault.

Prompt handling even during Xmas period. Delivered in line with expectation. Remote now programmed and working exactly as required. Very positive experience.
