Lace Closure - Madali Wave

Dissapointed

I've only ordered from Madali for the past 4 years and I feel like the quality has gone down. The closure was sent squished in a cardboard envelope instead of protected in a silk cloth like it normally was. It's also pretty thin and tangles easily. Not worth the money I spent. I am wondering if I need to find a new hair supplier.

Not the usual quality disappointed

Not the usual quality that I am accustom to. I ordered my usual 14/16 inch bundles with a lace front. Both of the bundles were cut (actually torn) short with jagged edges. Never experienced this before and it was quite embarrassing when when I opened up the packages for the first time (with a new stylist mind you) to find the hair physically torn. Both of them were short.
