Sizing ultra small

I've been searching for another T for my rat terrier for layering & comfort. Felt like I chose sensibly according to the size chart. Also felt it was pricey, but ordered. It looks like a size too small. Once she wore it it was clear there's no returning it & I judged wrong. My little 14lb girl just can't be a large by your sizing- but yes! lesson learned.
