Wavy Classic Clip-In Hair Extensions

I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. I paid CA$538 for these hair extensions, but as soon as I opened the package, I could see they were very thin and did not look like a premium product. I returned them immediately without using them. The refund process was even more disappointing. I paid CA$538, but only CA$447 was refunded. Resolving the missing amount required weeks of emails between Perfect Locks and Shopify, and I received conflicting explanations throughout the process. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this product or the customer service.
