My new favorite cutters

These cutters are the best. Nice and sharp, high enough that when you take the cutter off the dough, your fingers don’t smash into the outside dough because the cutter isn’t high enough. My only issue is that I can’t match the template exactly to the cookie using my projector. Hoping someone can give me the cure for this.
