Starter Motor for Tecumseh 6680, 33605, 33202, 35763 35876 12V 16T CCW

I have not received it. It has been over two weeks. I have sent multiple messages thru the website and have had no response. Disappointed so far!!!

This starter is strong and works great, along with clean connections

I paid $10 for 2 day delivery . I started tracking my package on day 3 ! I found that my package was in Homestead Florida and was there until day 5 ! It took a full 7 days for me to receive the package . I emailed the company twice asking why I was offered and charged for express delivery if it was going to take a week ? I never received a response to either email nor was I reimbursed any money for taking a week ! The reason I paid for express delivery was I needed to part as fast as possible ! I'm happy with the price of the starter and the item itself . What really upsets me and makes me hesitate to order anything else is the length of time it will take me to receive it. And it also why I never received a response to my question of why I was charged $10 for a package that took 7 days to receive . ?Being a business owner I know communication with the customer is extremely important. I feel I deserve some type of answer or refund and until I hear from them my orders are on hold
