Shrimp Scampi

Great portions and taste

The shrimp scampi was delicious. Easy to cook, and one portion was enough for two of us accompanied with a vegetable. Plus enough leftover for a light lunch.

Poor sauce

The scampi sauce was extremely watery and did not cling to the pasta or shrimp. Plus, the penne was way too heavy for the dish. Angel hair or a light pasta would have bene better. The shrimp however, did cook well as a sous vide.
