Organic Peru Water-Processed Half Caf - Roasted Coffee

It is hard to find Water-Processed Half Caf, so am happy share my review. I use it in a Keurig reusable pod. They recommended drip grind, so I am still experimenting with how to use for each cup. I like mine stronger than I have been able to produce so far.

Lovely half-caf, perfectly roasted

The Peruvian half-caf is a pleasant well-rounded cup of coffee. It hits the right notes for us in the morning or chilled and sweetened a bit as ice coffee. Personally I don’t find it as complex and like a big hug the way I love the Sumatra half-caf. And I will admit that I very much miss Fresh Roasted Coffee’s Monsoon Malabar half-caf (PLEASE, PLEASE BRIING THIS BACK!!!). But the Peruvian half-caf is more interesting and unique than the ubiquitous Columbian coffees served everyhwere - without being super high acidity. Great stuff!

Excellent Java. I am allergic to most coffee brands as they tend to clog the sinuses. This brand does not congest my nasal passages. Very happy and will definitely buy again.
