You're green!
Disclaimer: This was my first time doing costume makeup and using effects products like this and I did one practice run before this Halloween event. I'm not a makeup artist or even really a hobbyist I'm just a person who sometimes wears makeup and applied a similar approach to using these products.
I did Elphaba for Halloween this year and used this as my "concealer shade" for the areas of my face I wanted lighter in comparison with the "Green Stick" sections. I mostly applied with a sponge and I do wish I'd applied with a brush instead for larger areas (hands/arms, neck). As you can see there was some transfer to my clothes (to be expected). Washed off my hands throughout the night with just soap and water. Was able to remove quite thoroughly with an oil-based cleanser and double cleansing with a washcloth in the shower (but you will need to clean the bottom of your shower afterwards haha). There was some minor skin staining but honestly I expected it and wasn't that bad.
Photos are natural light vs fluorescent bathroom lighting. Products used were:
* Green Stick (most of face base)
* Paradise light green makeup for lighter face sections (under/around eyes, under cheekbones, ears, lower portion of neck)
* Body FX green liquid liptstick
* for the contour shade I used a very dark blue/green eyeshadow I already owned - I also used this in my eyebrows
* for highlight I also used an eyeshadow I already owned that looks white in the pan but pulls blue/green shimmer
